Jason Chua

Jason Chua is the Executive Director of United Technologies Advanced Projects (UTAP), a startup-like organization at the heart of UTC. In this role, Jason oversees projects focused on rapidly building ambitious product and service demonstrators. He is a veteran of multiple special project teams and Silicon Valley startups, having most recently worked as a project executive at Airbus’ Silicon Valley outpost, A³. Prior to that, he led consumer experience at Knit Health, headed up design and research teams for advanced consumer hardware projects at Google and Motorola, and co-founded and led operations at SparkTruck. Jason attended Stanford University from which he earned a bachelor’s degree in product design engineering and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering. There he also acted as a lecturer for the d.school, Stanford’s hub for innovation, collaboration, and creativity.
