Pat Mann

Patrick (“Pat”) Mann has been an integral part of the Senior Management team of Patlon Aircraft & Industries Limited since 1980, becoming President in 1985. His depth of knowledge in the aerospace industry and in small business has been garnered through his wide range of experience in the private sector and industry associations.

Under his leadership, Pat has directed the company through record sales growth, the establishment of regional sales offices in Ottawa, Montreal and Winnipeg. He relocated the Ontario corporate offices to a newly constructed and expanded facility in early 2007. With his skillful guidance, the company has been enabled to seek new opportunities to support existing and new customers with an in-house repair, assembly, calibration and design team.

Pat is currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada (AIAC). Prior to this appointment in 2018, he also completed his ninth three year term as a Director of AIAC, including membership on the Executive Committee. He served as Chair of the Small Business and Supply Chain Working Group supporting the Emerson Report and currently chairs the AIAC Small Business Committee. He also serves on the Board of the Aerospace Manufacturers’ Agents Association.

Pat received an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. In addition, he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western.
