Raminder Gill

Raminder Gill is a Project Leader in the Montreal office of The Boston Consulting Group, a global management consulting firm and the world’s leading advisor on business strategy. 

At BCG her work has focused on strategy and operations for top organizations across the aerospace, mining, rail and manufacturing industries. Raminder is an active leader in BCG’s own Women@BCGGender Diversity initiative and has worked extensively both internally and externally on this topic. 

Some of her recent work included contributing to the global BCG study, “Getting the Most from your Diversity Dollars: What Works”, which is an extensive examination of the question of whatis working in Gender Diversity initiatives across over 200 companies and 17,500 employees around the world. 

Raminder holds a PhD in Neuroscience from McGill University.
