Richard Rudderham

Richard Rudderham is Chief Human Resources Officer reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the bank’s Management Committee.

Mr. Rudderham joined BMO in 1989 and held a variety of roles within Corporate and Institutional Financial Services and Personal and Commercial Client Group including Senior Vice-President, British Columbia Division, P&C Canada from 2003 to 2008.

In 2008, Mr. Rudderham was appointed Senior Vice-President, Institute for Learning, Human Resources, and in June 2010, he was named Deputy Head of Human Resources and Senior Vice-President, Institute for Learning.

Mr. Rudderham sits on the Board of Directors of the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). Mr. Rudderham holds an MBA from Wilfred Laurier University and a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
